What Dayan AI does for a university
Dayan AI is an AI assistant for university scheduling, timetables, course advising and reporting, built by Eques AI. It serves every stakeholder of the university — students, instructors, department and faculty staff, and administrators — through one chat, in English or Egyptian Arabic, signed in with the university's Google accounts. Its first deployment is Heliopolis University.

University timetable and course scheduling, step by step
Department scheduling, phase by phase
Dayan walks a department through the university's scheduling phases in order — the curriculum, the students' data, course assignments, rooms and offerings — collecting each workbook, validating it and handing back the corrected version before the next step.
Validation with reasons, not rejections
Every submitted file is checked against the university's rules and the data already on file; problems are explained in plain language, and another department's provided data is never overwritten.
Prefilled hand-outs
Instead of empty templates, Dayan hands out workbooks prefilled with the department's saved data and the pipeline's reference, so a file attached unchanged passes.
Resume where you left off
A department that stopped at phase four continues at phase four; confirmed phases carry over and the saved session opens with its history.

Course advising for students: prerequisites, credit hours, schedules
Answers about courses
Which courses can I take next semester? What are the prerequisites for this course? How many credit hours is that? Dayan answers from the course dependency guide and the data on file.
Your own record and schedule
A student sees their own course record and schedule pages — only their own; role-based access decides what each member can open.
Schedule reports and documents in English and Arabic
Reports you can download
Schedule records, faculty schedules and summaries as Excel, PDF, Word or PowerPoint files — generated in the language you asked in, with Arabic laid out right-to-left.
Two languages, one assistant
Write in English or Arabic; Dayan replies in the same language, in natural Egyptian Arabic when you write Arabic.
Built for university stakeholders — role-based access
University sign-in
Members sign in with the university's Google account; there are no separate passwords. Roles — student, instructor, staff, administrator — decide what each member sees and can do.
Runs on the university's data
Dayan works over the university's own curriculum, scheduling pipeline and data on file; it does not replace the timetable system — it operates it with you. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how it is used.
Dayan AI compared with traditional scheduling systems
Dayan AI is a dedicated AI system, configured to work inside one institution — a university today — with its own stakeholders, curriculum, rules and data. A timetabling product is a tool you operate; Dayan operates the institution's scheduling with you. In short:
